Radial Design & Quilt for 2nd to 9th Grade
Radial Design &; Quilt Lesson is a fun and engaging way to learn about balance in art and in particular radial design. In 2nd to 5th grade the students draw the design and color it with markers or oil pastels. Then the designs are mounted and displayed as a classroom quilt. Whereas, in 6th to 9th grade the students use watercolor paint and add patterns to their design.
