This is a one-page quiz with 13 questions. On the first 2 questions, the student is asked to simplify the radical. On questions 3 & 4, they are asked to simplify rational exponents. Questions 5 - 12, the student is asked to add, subtract or multiply radicals. On question #13, the student is given a right triangle and asked to find the missing length by using the pythagorean theorem. The answer is in simplest radical form. Key included.
