This is a double-sided comprehensive review that covers all radical concepts plus the quadratic formula. The first 8 questions ask the student to simplify the radical. One question is already simplified, two questions contain perfect squares and six questions contain a number in front of the radical that needs to be multiplied.
Questions 9 through 12 ask the student to either add or subtract the radicals. Simplification is required before adding or subtracting on two questions and one question cannot be added/subtracted. On questions 13 through 18, the student is asked to multiply or divide. One multiplication question involves the distributive property and on the two division questions the student will need to rationalize the denominator.
The back page (questions 19, 20 and 21) the student is given a quadratic equation and asked to solve it by using the quadratic formula. Key included.
