These are projectable rhythm and beat charts for the old nursery rhyme, "Rain, Rain, Go Away." It's a great song to teach in the Spring for your primary music classes. I've also added a few pages with S-M-L solfège on the raindrops.
I have also included a worksheets and slide (IWB) for students to draw in the rhythm of their own name (or someone else's name).
I like to assess students individually by giving them a pointer and pointing to the beat bars while the class sings. You could also assess them when they draw the raindrops for their names.
I have varied the pages, so use the ones that you like. Some have lyrics, some have numbers, and some have higher raindrops for Sol.
