Have some fun in your Pre-K to 1st grade music classrooms reading rainy day rhythms, composing, creating a rain storm all using the traditional poem "Rain Rain"!
Bundled together for ease of use between grades, students will actively learn and review pre-rhythms and rhythms using quarter note and paired eighth notes.
Activities include beat charts, rhythm charts, fill-in-the-blank charts, four beat rhythm (both pre-rhythms and rhythms using Ta and Ti-Ti), one beat cards for class composition, four beat composition papers that can either be reused, displayed, or used as a take home activity. All activities for student use are available in full color, low color, and black and white options to fit various printing restrictions. Pages are also brightly colored and perfect for use with a projector in the classroom. Suggestions for instruments, movement, and form study also included.
