Are you learning about the rainforest, or want to start researching the Amazon in South America? Then get ready to take a fun storytelling adventure through the rainforest.
During your very own Rainforest Story Telling Adventure you will have the opportunity to see and explore all things pertaining to the rainforest. You can make your own camera and explore your own version of the rainforest to further expand on the facts that you are learning about the rainforest.
Start by cutting out the camera and picture frames from your Rainforest Story Telling Adventure Pack. Have your child or student decorate the front of the provided camera template however they wish to. They can be as creative and colorful as you want them to be. Then, carefully cut out the center circle that is where the camera’s lens is.
Finish your Rainforest Story Telling Camera by gluing a paint stirrer stick to the back of your camera. Now your child or student can hold their camera by the handle and go on their rainforest story telling adventure!
Setting up Your Very Own Rainforest Story Telling Adventure
Set-up your rainforest story telling adventure by placing the pictures however you want to on a wall or in a room. Then, have your child or student walk around and ‘take pictures’ of the things they see through their camera’s lens. When they spot a part of the rainforest encourage them to describe what they see to demonstrate their knowledge of the rainforest to you. Make sure to have as much fun with your rainforest explorers as you can and encourage them to use their imaginations to describe to you what they are seeing or have them use the provided pages to write about what they saw on their very own Rainforest Story Telling Adventure!
