Rate of Change Guided Notes. Common Core Standard 8.EE.5. Color coding with highlighters will help students find patterns and help them with setting up problems. Light up their learning! This technique has worked beautifully with my special-education students, and gets them comfortable using new formulas. When completed, these pages make great study guides. Also a useful addition to interactive math notebooks!
