The next unit in the Conquering Math series is here!
This Flipped Classroom unit will guide students through positive and negative integers, fractions and decimals, absolute value, and applications of these skills. Students will use the guided note sheets to take notes during the lesson video before practicing a few problems on their own. Finally, they will check their solutions using the independent practice solutions video.
This download will give you access to all of the guided note sheets in the Rational Numbers unit. The videos themselves can be found on the Conquering Math YouTube channel (see below) and I have also included a PDF with links to each individual video. This unit is ideal for sixth grade classrooms as it directly correlates to the sixth grade CCSS. The lessons can also be used in 7th and 8th grade pre-algebra classes.
This unit contains the following lessons in the Conquering Math series:
Introduction to Integers
Working with Integers
Negative Fractions and Decimals
