This is free because I was inspired by a few other products I saw. What I tried to do was make it non-product specific so you could use any product (or even offer different product choices to the kids) and it wouldn't compromise the paper. Some suggestions (it would be cool to survey kids in advance, even) would be: Sour Patch kids, gummi bears, starburst, skittles, MnMs, Jolly Ranchers.... even trail mix could work if you wanted it to be "healthier". I included a blank version for you to fill in with other options.

Understand the concept of a ratio and use ratio language to describe a ratio relationship between two quantities. For example, “The ratio of wings to beaks in the bird house at the zoo was 2:1, because for every 2 wings there was 1 beak.” “For every vote candidate A received, candidate C received nearly three votes.”
