I've created this assessment to test my students' understanding of Eureka Math lessons 11-12, Ratios of Fractions and Their Unit Rates. This test is composed of 8 fill in the blank (vocabulary), 8 converting to mixed numbers or improper fractions, and 3 word problems to solve. The Common Core State Standard ( 7.RP.A.1 Compute unit rates associated with ratios of fractions, including ratios of lengths, areas and other quantities measured in like or different units. For example, if a person walks 1/2 mile in each 1/4 hour, compute the unit rate as the complex fraction 1⁄2 / 1⁄4 miles per hour, equivalently 2 miles per hour. ) is on the test. This is editable. At the point values I have selected, the test is worth 74 points. The Answer Key is included in this document.
