I do this activity with 2nd graders during their bullying unit.
Sometimes kids get picked on because they look like easy targets. Remember, deep down bullies are really unsure of themselves, so they need to find and pick on someone who doesn’t look very confident. If you learn to stand tall, hold your head up, walk with confidence and purpose, and think positive thoughts about yourself, you won’t look like a very good victim to a bully.
On the inside of the body, write down your strengths, your favorite sports, your favorite color, etc.! Describe who you are and what makes you different! You can also write things that you can think and feel that will give you self-confidence and make you feel good about yourself. Remember, it’s ok to be different
