This is a great activity for the students to practice their sight words! There are 30 sight words included in this practice. The activity is called Read It, Write It, Build It! The students have to read and identify the sight word. Then, they use a dry erase marker to write the sight word on the dotted line. The students can use items to build the word, like Wikki Sticks, PlayDough, yarn, or other objects. Best if printed on card stock and then laminated so the students can wipe off the dry erase marker after they finish the page. This is used as a great activity during guided reading.
