Do your students need to get up and move a little during the day? Would you like them to still have engaging learning opportunities while moving? Read The Room enables children to move and learn. This activity encourages children to begin to differentiate between letters and numbers. Children must search for the pictures cards around the room. When they find a letter or number card, they then use their personal student sort/glue paper and glue that letter or number onto their student recording paper. They must continue to search out the letters or numbers around the room and determine where to place each on their recording paper until all letters or numbers have been found and sorted.
12 Colorful Letter/Number Cards (6 letters/6 numbers)
