These forms coordinate perfectly with Read Well! My colleagues and I have been using these for a couple of years now, and we love them. You'll get:
-Fluency Labels - Preformatted labels let you record student fluency data and then communicate those results with parents when you simply stick them to the kids' written assessments!
-Student Data Sheets - Easy-to-use data sheets allow students to record and track their Read Well data, from unit A to 20.
-Newsletters - Newsletters coordinate with each unit and help parents understand exactly what their children are learning in each one.
PLEASE NOTE: Unit 6 is NOT included in the newsletters. At my school, we skip unit 6, so it's not in the packet.
I've also included instructions - not that you'll need them. These forms are pretty self-explanatory. Just print and go!
