Differentiated, independent, fun!
Looking for a something fun to give your students while they work on reading skills?
Check out this resource called Read and Color. The children are given a picture with a series of sentences on how to color the picture. They may even be asked to draw a few things to complete the activity. They love to check off each task as it is completed.
There are 2 versions for each worksheet so kids could be working on similar tasks but
working at their best skill level. This promotes independent work habits! This product can be used any time, but is especially great for morning work, center time, fast finishers or even homework.
Version 1 has:
- simple sentences
- larger font
- picture clues
- longer and more complex sentences
- more directions
- smaller font
