This listing is for everything you need to implement a reader's notebook. I've included over 20 pages as well as detailed descriptions of how I use this product in my classroom.
In this product you will find ways to track your students reading habits including goal setting and to be read lists. These pages are PERFECT if you are using the 40 Book Challenge, but also work just as well if you are not!
Besides tracking reading progress, this also includes two menus for reading response. One menu is for literature and one menu is for informational text. CCSS alignment is listed where applicable. Each menu contains 16 prompts as well as a detailed expectation page, entry format instructions, and an example entry. I have also provided tons of details as to how I use this in my classroom.
You will also get several cover options and tabs to keep your notebooks organized.
If you've been thinking about using reader's notebooks but have not taken the plunge, I encourage you to do it! This product will greatly help you on that journey.
These are sized to fit in a composition book.
