Reader response forms for fiction text that work well for a reading center, after reading groups or as listening center accountability piece and will work with any story. They are very visual and simple enough for kindergarten or first grade, giving students plenty of space to draw a picture. Story elements are accompanied with a visual, providing students with visual support of what each story element is. In the space, students can draw pictures and students who are able to can also label their picture or write a sentence to match.
Included are response sheets for

•favorite part of the story
•opinion on the story
