Reader's Theater can be used as a center activity in the classroom. It is engaging for the students and helps to promote reading fluency.
This pack includes:
* character card props, which can be laminated and put on popsicle sticks so the students can manipulate them as they are acting out the story
*a character list with space to write each student's name next to the character they will be reading for
* three page script with picture prompts
* follow-up comprehension activities ( matching, cut and paste sequencing activity, creative writing sheets and character response sheets)
