Description

This reader's theater script has 7 parts. While this was originally written for Florida science standards, it would be usable in any state and grade level (2nd and above) in which the human body systems are taught.
The readability level of the entire script is a 4.7 on Flesch-Kincade; however, each part varies so you can have higher readers working with lower level readers, too.
This script could also be used for reading-to-learn CCSS ELA standards. This script could also be used as a spring board from which you have students create their own reader's theater scripts.
Have students create their own "Character information cards" to wear when performing this script... or even a costume! Integrate science and reading in a fun, engaging way.
