The 5 Scripts :
The Gingerbread Man, Goldilocks and the Three Bears, The Little Red Hen, Little Red Riding Hood, and The Three Little Pigs.
2 Versions of Each Script : The first version of the script has rebus pictures over difficult, less frequent, non-CVC, words to help students read them. There are also images to identify each part so students can more easily follow the script and know when it is their turn to read. The second version removes these pictures, once the students are ready for this extra challenge.
Reading levels range from DRA levels 2-6 A list of the approximate reading level for each part is included.
Follow-up Activities 2-4 activities per folktale, specific to each script plus 3 activities that can be used with all the scripts.
