These reader's workshop tags are completely aligned with the CCSS for level three & four reading. There are five main areas: comprehension strategies, text structures, fluency, reading for literature, and reading for information. Under each of these areas are tags that represent the standards. Each tag represents a minilesson, focus lesson, or reader's workshop session. There are 57 full color tags.
As the lessons are taught they can be added to a bulletin board that can be referred to all year.
This should help you as a teacher be more organized because you know what you need to teach, and what you've taught. This helps students be more aware of what they've learned and should be responsible for.
Each different colored tag represents a new area with the lessons added below. Tags can be laminated, cut apart, and used for years.
