Product Description
Here is an easy to use schedule for your students (and for you) to keep organized during your Reading/Language Arts block. Most blocks need to be 90 minutes which includes small group instruction for all children. In this example, which is easily changed and added to fit your needs and match your instruction, there are 3 different reading groups with 3 different "blocks" throughout the Language Arts time (each 30 minutes long). You can see that my class had a listening center, a computer fluency program, buddy reading, silent reading, and two of the three groups met with another Reading specialist and were double dosed. In this example Whole Group was first thing on Mondays. Wednesday is not included but can easily be added by inserting a row between Tuesday and Thursday and copy/pasting the icons. I left names in the chart so you could see how each student followed their own schedule throughout the week. Students become very responsible for their learning and enjoy using their "menu!"
