**Updated for the next school year!
An alternative format for students to record their reading and draw conclusions on their reading habits. This calendar is meant to have students notice patterns in their reading habits and what they can accomplish in a months time.
Starting from June 2018 through August 2019, these reading calendars allow students to keep track of the books they've read on a daily basis. Use the pre-filled key or let students create their own key to write short hand notes on the books they are reading, finishing, and abandoning.
Each calendar allows a space for students to write a goal for the month and a space to shortly reflect on what they noticed about their reading.
Included in this resource are calendars with pre-filled keys, blank keys, and digital calendars access through Google Slides that can be used in Google Classroom.
**When sharing with your students, PLEASE USE THE COPY YOU ARE FORCED TO CREATE VIA THE LINK TO SHARE WITH YOUR STUDENTS. DO NOT GIVE THEM THE LINK GIVEN TO YOU IN THIS RESOURCE.. it will not work.**
. Students can color code their keys, use symbols or emojis, and adjust font size to fill the boxes appropriately. Also included in the printable resource are a few different pages that can be copied to the back of the calendar for at-home post-it jottings with prompts to help.
This resource will be updated each year over the summer so you have up to date calendars for the new school year.
