Each standards-based reading choice board (available two to a page) contains 8 tasks for the students to complete with their independent reading book or their textbooks. Some of the choices require specific types of informational text for the students to read. This will help broaden a student’s variety of reading.

The choice boards could be used for homework, independent work, reading centers, or literacy stations. The reading choice boards would be perfect for a reader’s response center, a write about reading center, or just Reader’s Workshop.

    Other Important Notes:

    • Available in two formats: with and without a colored background.
    • Answer key not included due to the nature of the resource.
