This passage is part of a growing bundle of reading comprehension passages and questions aimed at practicing important Reading skills with the fun theme of traveling the world. This passage can be used as a stand-alone or with the matching passages for even more effect. Each passage is written at a third-grade reading level.

Each set of questions includes all of the RI standards at a third-grade level. That means students will be answering questions, determining or supporting the main idea, analyzing text features/photographs, and more.
