Students are assigned an article/text to read with questions attached. Students answer the questions individually, and then are share/debate their answer with classmates by doing the following:
1. Walk around the classroom as music plays
2. When the music stops, they stop near the closest person
3. Use the PPT slide to flash on the board what question they should discuss with the classmate
4. Continue the music
5. Then, start the process until all questions are answered.
This works with any text article or reading in a textbook. The purpose of the activity is to allow for further deepening and understanding that promotes reading comprehension. Furthermore, students are allowed to be mobile, debate answers, and gain understanding on why their answer is incorrect.
