Quickly note down important information documenting reading conferences with your students. This organized record allows you to keep track of conferences, as well as stay on track during them!
You fill in the date, the title of the Independent Reading Book he/she is reading, and the number of responses they have done for it. Circle where they are in the book and the level of challenge this poses for the student. There is a checklist for the type of reading conference you have, namely what you do during it. There is also a space to make notes of what you say/do and the student's "next steps" after your conference.
