This colorful game allows students to practice identifying reading genres.
There are two versions of the game. Choose the one you want to use. I like to use a penny (heads-move one and tails-move two) because it is cheap and easy to store flat in the file folder. You can use a die, as well. This makes the game move along more quickly.
16 pages include:
24 Task Cards
Rules for SCOOT
Student Response Sheet
Bonus: Genre Bookmarks
There are many more LITERACY CENTER activities at my store! Check them out. Teacherspayteachers.com/store/mrsdunawaysclassroom
