My students have been struggling with their reading comprehension lately, so I created these little graphic organizers to help them process the information they are reading before they take an A.R. test!
The "Reading Information" graphic organizer asks students to determine the main idea of the text, identify three important details, write down two facts they found interesting, and come up with one question they may have after reading the text.
The "Reading Literature" graphic organizer asks students to determine the plot of the book/story, identify the characters and setting, and to describe the problem and solution of the book/story.
I hope you are able to make good use of them in your classroom!
