These journal prompts can be printed on adhesive labels or just on paper. I always cut them out and had the kids glue them into their notebooks (cheaper that way, ha!). I made one or more per standard and after teaching my lessons on the standard the students would glue this into their notebook and apply the standard by answering the prompt based on their own individual book. It really helped me see who was grasping the concept completely and who still needed more time. There are ten cards on one sheet of paper (duplicates of the same prompt).
