Three types of reading learning logs. Students will summarize, connect with the text, and create questions that can be used to start discussions. The first log can be used with any type of text in any class. The second log is designed for English Learners but can be used to support any learner. The third log is an example of a log specific to a text (in this case, Jim Crow laws). All three can be edited to fit the needs of your learners and your text.
