Product Description
This product contains a guided reading correlation chart that can be posted in the room for students to track their reading levels. The chart shows the correlation between Lexile Level and Fountas & Pinnell. This product is fit for 2nd-7th grade.

Here are the directions for product use:
1. Print, cut, and laminate this chart to post in your classroom.
2. Staple the top and center of the chart, but leave the bottom section detached.
3. After initial reading assessments, create a clip for each of your students to show them their current reading level.
4. Help your students to track their own reading progress and be responsible for Reaching their goals.

One Step Further:
Post where your students should be at for each quarter, trimester, or semester throughout the year.

I made this because my students had a hard time remembering their lexile level and/or their fountas and pinnell level.

Enjoy!
