These are the 3 tables I use for keeping track of my students reading levels.
The first table
is an "at a glance" graph to get an idea of where the class is as a whole all year long. It is also a helpful reference when making Guided Reading groups.
The second table
is for BOY, MOY, and EOY documentation. This helps me and administration get an idea of each individual students overall progress from the first day of school to the last. It is editable so you can change the DRA/Scholastic levels into Lexile levels if need be.
The Third Table
is for students to self-track their own reading levels and create MoY and BoY goals for themselves.
The Fourth Table is an in-class reading log that the students can use to prove they have been reading books to improve.
