Here is a simple yet meaningful reading log that includes 44 response option choices. Students will enjoy the choice and/or teachers can assign a response, BUT either way text evidence is required, making it very "common core."
Students will read ANY text of their/your choice, respond to a chosen or assigned response option, and note the text evidence/quote. Whether it's per chapter, article, story, or day, get all responses in one snap-shot on one page! The response options page can also be used separately in other areas of language arts!
Designed for multiple uses, multi-use.
