Product Description

Make completing reading logs a breeze by providing your students with different sentence starters for each entry. This reading log template is completely editable, which means you have the option of changing the entry spaces to suit your needs. As an added bonus, a digital version is also included!

This editable resource can be completed on paper or online with laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, or any device that supports Google Drive. The included Teacher's Guide includes access to the link that will allow you to make your own copy of the resource for use in Google Classroom/Google Drive.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR PURCHASE:

Editable Reading Response Log:

The Reading Log template includes five separate entry spaces (one for each day of the week). Make it easy on yourself by passing them out on Mondays and collecting them all on Fridays. Space for the date, start page, and end page are also included for students to keep track of their daily reading progress.

•The entry spaces are completely editable. You have the option of changing any and all of the entry spaces including the title boxes and sentence starters.

•If you are using the digital version of this resource, it might be helpful to require students to include their name and date in the title of their weekly document/slide. That way, weekly logs will be easy to identify and differentiate.
