Product Description
While anchor charts are a valuable resource for students to refer to as they are learning new skills, I always found them a source of stress. Mine never came out well and I disliked looking at them hanging on my walls - if I even remembered to post them! The anchor chart for each subject was hung until we moved on to a new skill, at which time it was removed or covered by a new chart. I wanted to find a manageable way for my students to refer to anchor charts related to skills we had already covered. I created this resource to do just that!

This resource includes 13 forms for students to use to keep records of their reading habits and to set reading goals. It also includes 21 reading literature mini-anchor charts and 17 reading informational text mini-anchor charts. My students cut and paste these reference sheets in their reading notebook and refer to them for the entire year.
