This reading program is designed to be used in an Elementary classroom for small group reading instruction or as a Home-School reading program for beginning readers. Stories are kid friendly and fun to read. Most Packets contain two reading levels (at least two levels of stories) to address the needs of strong vs. struggling readers.
This reading curriculum was created by a First Grade teacher and reading specialist trained in the Orton–Gillingham method of reading. 4StepsReading is a tried and tested program.
4StepsReading has been used for the past 8 years with First Graders in small group instruction. It is currently being used in First Grade in both public and private schools and privately as a Home School reading curriculum with great success.
The entire 4StepsReading program may be purchased on my website or eventually here on TPT. The program covers an entire year of teaching reading in First Grade or in a homeschooling program. To learn more about the entire curriculum visit 4StepsReading.com.
