This is a compilation of activities I use with my students for guided reading and reader's workshop. It has 17 pre-reading, during reading, and after reading activities. The activities can be used with many different leveled readers so it is easy to use for differentiation. For guided reading, I typically have my whole class working on the same type of book (fiction, nonfiction, mystery, etc.) so that I can pull resources for them all to use. This way, my lower readers don't realize they aren't doing the same things as the others. They are all just reading a different leveled book! The nonfiction resources can also be used for science and social studies leveled readers toO!
