Print several of these forms on 8.5 x 11 paper.

Label the top with the title and author of the book that you have just completed a read aloud for in your classroom.

Then pass the form around your class and have each child in your classroom do a quick review of the book. There is space for four reviews per page, so you may need multiple copies depending on the number of students in your class.

Once everyone has done a review, I place the completed forms in a 3 ring binder. My children enjoy reading how other's reviewed the book and so do I.

I would recommend purchasing alphabetical tabs and organzing them alphabetically by book title as your class notebook grows.

I eventually plan to upload copies of the student reviews to my blog and website, so that other children and families can read these reviews also. If you decide to do this as well, I would recommend only having the children write their first name on the form.
