Why Use Reading Sentences Practice: Build Fluency With a Halloween Theme? Research shows that reading comprehension is directly related to reading fluency. These fun sentences make the children WANT to practice their reading skills!
How it Works: There are 2 different activities the children can enjoy while practicing their reading fluency. It has a chance to read the sentences, then these sorting by complete sentence or fragment. Creative children (and teachers) can think of other activities as well, such as turning the fragments into complete sentences, or making more Halloween themed sentences!
