Reading : Reading Strategies Video

This is an upbeat 'doodle' type video that I made to introduce a lesson on reading strategies. More specifically, I made it to be used with a mini book on reading strategies that can be found in my store. The video does not go into great detail about reading strategies. It is more or less just a hook for the lesson to follow.

If you know you have an observation coming up, this would be a great lesson to use. This video along with a read aloud book and and the mini book that goes with it. They will love seeing your use of technology.

Because the video does not have any speaking/voices- just music and some reading of sentences, you will find it is more suitable for upper elementary. I am going to list it for grades 3-5, but you can use your best judgment after viewing it to see if it will work for your kids.

I do hope you like it, and I hope you can use it. If you do like it, please consider getting the mini book that goes with it, which I think you will also love.

Also, if you like it... please consider leaving positive feedback :-) As always, thanks for stopping by.
