READING STRATEGIES MINI-VIDEO

Children need multiple strategies for learning to read. Teach these strategies through a fun song to help them remember what good readers do when they come to a word they do not know. You know it is working when you hear your students sing the song when figuring out an unknown word. The power of music and making connections is strong.
This is a .mov file that can be opened with Quick Time on your computer, interactive whiteboard, Smart Board, or digital projector. You no longer have to worry about syncing a power point with the song and setting the timing. It is ready to use with a push of the start button. You can use it with your Smart Board and pause during the slides to highlight words, letters, or strategies. Click on the preview button to see/listen to a clip.
