My students receive reading goals on their bookmark every time they confer with me.
They take out their bookmarks prior to reading and go over their goals.
This allows the students to be in charge of their own reading goals and allows them to be more independent during reading workshops.
Allows the teacher to quickly walk around to make formative assessments.

Make sure you print "ACTUAL SIZE" as a printing option or it will not be aligned.
