For use with the Reading Street Common Core reading program.
This simple Graphic Sources sheet will make it easy for students to identify the graphic sources used in a text, such as pictures, maps, and title headings and then write what details the source shows. This sheet can also be used as an assessment, just fill out the graphic source and have students write what details they learn from the source.
Make multiple copies and have students fill out this sheet for multiple graphic sources in the text!
