Product Description
I designed these 7 gameboards as a way for my firsties to review the Kindergarten Reading Street (2007) skills in a fun way. There is a color version of each game which can be used as a center or for small groups or RTII . There is a full size black and white version which can be sent home for practice. There is a smaller version that will fit nicely in a composition book for individual practice at desks for early finishers. I use all options in my classroom but my favorite is the composition book. The children always have a game at their fingertips. I provide a foam die (made from plain foam cubes that I got from the Dollar Store) for them to keep in their toolbox as well as a gameboard marker (made from a plastic pop lid with a sticker on top). The kids love playing the games at their desks and as the year progresses, they have a wide variety of games to choose from. When the year ends, they take their book of games home with them and can continue to practice skills over the summer. :)
Hope you enjoy! Feedback is always appreciated!
