Reading Street Kindergarten features Building With Dad by Carol Nevius which is in Unit 6 Week 1. These five hands-on and interactive activities enhance the key skills for this week’s lessons. Use these activities in your literacy centers with adult support or send black and white copies to parents for home support. Although I am not affiliated with this curriculum, my materials are designed to be used in conjunction with this series.
Activity 1: Take a Bite Out of These Sounds
Isolate and pronounce the initial, medial vowel, and final sounds

Activity 4: A Pronoun Investigation
Demonstrate command of the conventions of standard English grammar and usage when writing or speaking
