This is a simple worksheet designed to be used with storylineonline.net or any other read-aloud storybook program.
Students simply DRAW the story summary, starting with copying the title. They then draw the characters and first, then and last plot points. Teachers can bring it a step further and have the student go over the worksheet with them or a peer, good expressive and pragmatic skill practice.
This is an ideal tool for children with poor working memory or low cognitive abilities that don't allow them to master reading. This can help them have an independent reading task.
You can use this for many reading goals in SpEd as well as Communication Goals.
