Product Description
This set of informational text passages includes 5 informational texts with questions (& answer keys) that go with each passage. Each text has 5 questions, and all of the questions are Common Core aligned from grades 2-4. The questions are written response - no multiple choice! The passages are written on a 3rd grade level, so they can be used for high 2nd graders, all 3rd graders, or 4th graders who struggle in the area of informational reading.

These can be printed, laminated, and put in a reading center. They can also be used in a teacher-led small group, with partners, or even for morning work or homework. Students will work on their informational text skills, while learning about some important people from history.

Passages include Franklin D. Roosevelt, Mary McLeod Bethune, Paul Revere, Susan B. Anthony, and Thurgood Marshall.
