Question Type: Multiple Choice Questions

1. Reading Test Prep Task Cards: Multiple Choice: This resource includes 32 fiction task cards and 32 nonfiction task cards that review 4th/5th grade skills with multiple choice questions. Includes Google Slides and Forms

Ideas for Use: This test prep resource is truly versatile! The task cards are perfect for test prep centers, whole group review (using the digital slides), and can be used with lots of test prep games and activities.

2. Two Truths and a Lie Reading Tasks: These reading test prep tasks are a new and engaging way of practicing reading skills. The students will read a text and then be presented with three statements about the text. They will read the statements and determine which two are true and which one is the lie. There are 30 nonfiction texts/tasks and 28 fiction stories/tasks. Includes Google Slides

Ideas for Use: Use in reading centers, test prep centers, around the room review, or whole group review. These also pair well with engaging test prep games and activities.

3. Reading Test Prep Lessons: These reading test prep quick lessons will help you prepare your students for state testing while also supporting and scaffolding a review of skills (with the teacher prompts for each question). This allows you to use your test prep time as an opportunity to review, as well as practice for the test. There are skill-based reviews AND mixed practice reviews for a total of 38 lessons. 4. 5th Grade Reading Test Prep Practice: This resource includes test prep reading activities for fiction and nonfiction stories and skills, including paired stories. Each text (or set of paired texts) includes 12 questions practicing various reading skills. There are a variety of reading test prep questions included: multiple-choice, multiple selection, multi-part, and short constructed response. Includes Google Slides

Ideas for Use: This resource includes a worksheet and a task card version. It is well-suited for whole group practice, independent practice, small group practice or instruction, and even test prep centers.

Question Type: Multi-Part Questions (With or Without Multiple Choice)

5. Multi-Part Reading Test Prep Practice: This test prep resource will help you prep your students for Part A and Part B reading questions. Included are five passages with multi-part questions, each presented in three different ways (task cards, worksheets, or hands-on cube). Includes Google Slides

Ideas for Use: The different formats for this practice make it very versatile. Use as a test prep center or independent practice. You can even use it to introduce and model multi-part questions. Also includes a multiple-choice recording sheet option.
