Product Description
This power point encourages students to think about how they should read out loud (punctuation and text cues), as well as why it's important to practice reading out loud. There are slides that prompt students to discuss questions with a neighbor, warm up their mouths with some tongue twisters, and practice reading out loud as a class and in small groups. Students will do an activity where they talk to classmates using a specific emotion in order to find their "emotion match". Students also read "Yo! Yes?" and Elephant & Piggie books to practice using expression and punctuation/text cues.
